Cool Girls has three after-school clubs open to Boulder County girls. These clubs bring girls together to pursue their passion for STEM and the Arts (STEAM). With the help of talented mentors from the Boulder County tech, academic, artistic and scientific community, the girls explore a wide variety of topics. Some examples of activities include; designing mars space stations, erupting volcanoes, engineering Rube Goldberg machines, studying pond lifeforms, painting fractals found in nature, and meeting astronauts. All of the STEAM activities are done in a fun, engaging, age appropriate manner.
